Our 2022 Chardonnay from Eola Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA is a clean and
bright Chardonnay fermented entirely in stainless steel. We think what makes this Chardonnay
unique is that it is from an extremely cool single vineyard with exposure to winds from the Van
Duzer Corridor of the Willamette Valley and that we ferment it entirely in small lot stainless steel,
allowing pure fruit and minerality to shine.

Winemaker Notes
This is the anti-butter and anti-popcorn Chardonnay… clean and crisp and allows the fruit and minerality to shine. The character of this wine is enthusiastic, young, and accessible. The nose has notes of lemon, honeycomb, and river rock while the palate contains lemon zest, nectarine, early picked strawberry, and key lime pie.
