2023 WILLAMETTE VALLEY PINOT NOIR

We love blending Pinot Noir from multiple vineyards. This process epitomizes the confluence of art and science. We use our scientific backgrounds to begin with an analytic hypothesis-driven approach, but our love of art takes over once we start engaging our senses and letting the combinations take us in surprising directions. Our goal with this blend is to allow the complexity of the Willamette Valley to reveal itself in an honest representation of the vintage.
