2023 WILLAMETTE VALLEY VIOGNIER

This year's Viognier has more floral on the nose due to my daughter's feet. Seriously, Gabriella did a bit of pigéage (stomping on the grapes before pressing) to break down the skins with the goal of extending skin contact and loosening up the aromatics. It has a nose of jasmine and lemongrass yet still the lean acidity that is our consistent aim. It pairs perfectly with green curry, burrata salad, and oysters on the half shell.
